Nothing moves until you approve it.
The first step only asks which tools your company uses. No files, no exports. We get read-only access to your systems only after you say yes.

Names and identifying details are replaced with consistent labels before any AI lab sees the data. Direct messages and HR records are never collected.

You read a sample before anything is licensed.
We check the sample for details that could still identify someone, then you approve it. Nothing is offered to an AI lab without that approval.

The license has edges.
It names the permitted uses and the duration, and it is non-exclusive unless we agree otherwise. Nothing outside that scope is covered.

No fee to you
Nothing upfront and no charge to get started. We only earn when you do.
No use beyond the license
An AI lab's use is fixed by the license terms. Resale or use outside that scope isn't permitted.
No sale pushed aside
If the company, a program, or its IP is being sold, the sale comes first. We plan around it.
